Veiligheidsvoorschriften

Algemene Veiligheid:

  • Wees altijd alert en geconcentreerd tijdens het werken met gereedschap en materialen.
  • Draag altijd een veiligheidsbril bij boren, slijpen, frezen en polijsten.
  • Meld eventuele ongevallen of bijna-ongevallen onmiddellijk aan de docent.
  • Volg altijd de instructies van de docent op en vraag om hulp als je twijfelt over de juiste werkwijze.
  • Ruik je gas, zet de gaskraan direct uit en controleer de oranje slang op eventuele beschadigingen. Betrek de docent hierbij.

Kledingvoorschriften:

  1. Accessoires:
  • Vermijd het dragen van losse sjaals, lange kettingen of wijde gewaden. Deze kunnen verstrikt raken in boor-machines en kolom, polijstmachine of hangmotor.
  • Zorg ervoor dat lang haar is vastgebonden in een knot (geen staart) bij betreden van het lokaal, om te voorkomen dat het in contact komt met bovengenoemde machines of vuur tijdens het solderen.
  1. Draag makkelijke kleding: Zorg ervoor dat je kleding comfortabel is en je bewegingsvrijheid niet beperkt. Dit bevordert een veilige en efficiënte werkomgeving.
  2. Schoeisel:
  • Draag platte, anti-slip schoenen om uitglijden te voorkomen, vooral bij de entree die een talud heeft.
  • Open schoenen en blote benen zijn niet toegestaan om letsel door scherp gereedschap en/of brandwonden te voorkomen.

Door deze veiligheidsvoorschriften te volgen, zorgen we samen voor een veilige leeromgeving waarin iedereen met plezier kan werken.

Safety Regulations


General Safety:

  • Always be alert and focused when working with tools and materials.
  • Always wear safety glasses when drilling, grinding, milling, and polishing.
  • Report any accidents or near-misses immediately to the instructor.
  • Always follow the instructor’s directions and ask for help if you’re unsure about the correct procedure.
  • If you smell gas, turn off the gas tap immediately and check the orange gas line for any damage. Involve the instructor in this matter.

Clothing Regulations:

1.. Accessories:

  • Avoid wearing loose scarves, long necklaces, or baggy garments. These can get caught in drilling machines, polishing machines, or overhead motors.
  • Make sure long hair is tied up in a bun (not a ponytail) when entering the classroom to prevent it from coming into contact with the aforementioned machines or flames during soldering.
  1. Wear Comfortable Clothing: Ensure that your clothing is comfortable and does not restrict your movement. This promotes a safe and efficient working environment.
  2. Footwear:
  • Wear flat, non-slip shoes to prevent slipping, especially at the entrance which has a slope.
  • Open shoes and bare legs are not allowed to prevent injury from sharp tools and/or burns.
